Overview: The Jane T. Anderson Scholarship was established by her husband, A. Douglas Anderson, to honor her life. Jane was active in art education throughout her life. She taught at the high school and college levels before becoming the director of education at the Sheldon Memorial Art Gallery in Lincoln. She was active in the local community and belonged to the Nebraska and National Art Associations. Jane passed away in 1996, but her love for the arts lives on through this scholarship.
